The 71st Annual Black Hawk Lake Summer Water Carnival brings three days of fun to the shoreline of Black Hawk Lake. The event starts on Friday night, continues all day Saturday and Saturday evening and picks back up again on Sunday morning and runs until Sunday night. There are Midway rides, parades both on land and water, cardboad boat races, Art in The Park, entertainment, bags tournament, mud volleyball, pedal tractor pull and a host of other events for all ages.
